Customers may contact DBX1 HVAC Services by email, phone or WhatsApp. Information received may include your name, phone number, email address, postcode, address if supplied, property details, system details, photos, videos and enquiry messages.

Data is used to respond to enquiries, arrange surveys, prepare quotes, provide HVAC services, discuss repair or installation options and keep relevant service records.
WhatsApp messages and media
WhatsApp messages, photos and videos are handled through WhatsApp/Meta's service. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by WhatsApp, email or text.
Sharing information
DBX1 HVAC Services does not sell customer data. Information is only shared where needed to deliver the service, comply with legal duties or use necessary business tools such as email, messaging, file storage, accounting or operational support.
Stage 1 website setup
This Stage 1 website does not use an online quote form, database, analytics, marketing tracking or tracking pixels. Enquiry buttons open your email app so you can contact DBX1 HVAC Services directly.
Photos and property details
If you send photos, videos or property details, they will be used to understand the enquiry, assess whether an estimate or survey is suitable and help plan any service visit.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable. Some information may need to be kept where required for legal, tax, insurance or service record purposes.
